Joindots Foundation

We operate out of House Number 6233 on Chitale Road in Ahmednagar. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into our workspace. Joindots Foundation is what we call it. The idea is simple, just trying to connect different parts of the community. We aren't some big city organization with fancy offices. Ahmednagar is a smaller place compared to Mumbai, and we like it that way. Most of our days are spent talking to neighbors or planning small projects. You might see us sitting on the porch or at the old wooden desk inside. It feels more like a home than an office, which helps people feel comfortable when they come over. We do a bit of everything, depending on what the day brings. Sometimes it's helping a student, other times it's a local event. Chitale Road is a well-known spot here, so people find us easily enough. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just do the work. It’s quiet sometimes, and then suddenly the house is full of people. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code or corporate rules. We just want to be useful to the people living around us. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We make a lot of phone calls and write plenty of notes. It's not a flashy life, but it's what we chose to do here.
