J.M. Industries

J.M. Industries is located at L-195 in the M.I.D.C Industrial Area. If you spend any time in an MIDC zone, you know exactly what it’s like. There are rows of sheds, the sound of metal hitting metal, and the constant smell of oil and grease. Our place is no different. It’s a functional industrial unit where we spend our days working on various projects. We don't have a shiny lobby or a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk into the main work area and find whoever is available. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the floors are concrete. We have a bunch of machines that have been with us for a long time, and we know exactly how they behave. Most of our guys are locals who have been doing this kind of work for a long time. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high because the shed can get pretty warm by midday. We take our breaks together and usually just sit on whatever is available to have some tea. There’s no big corporate structure here; it’s just the owner and the workers trying to get the orders out on time. It’s hard work, but it’s honest, and we take pride in just being able to keep the machines running and the business going.
