Indrayani Induction Process

Our workshop is located at 227/4/5, specifically on Plot 16 in the M.I.D.C area. It’s tucked right behind Snehalaya, which is the landmark most people use to find us when they’re driving down the Ring Road. This part of the industrial zone is always humming with the sound of work. We’ve got a straightforward setup here. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place with oil on the floor and the smell of hot metal in the air. We focus on induction processes, and that means things can get pretty warm inside the shed during the afternoons. We usually have the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. The staff here consists of guys who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We’ve been at this same plot for a while, and we’ve seen the Ring Road get busier every year. Most of the time, we are just heads down, working through the pile of components that need processing. There is a small tea stall just a short walk away where we all go around four o'clock to stretch our legs. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's tasks without any fuss. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’d rather spend that on maintaining the equipment. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s a solid place to work and we like the community in this section of M.I.D.C.
