Growell Polymers & Industries

We are based at Plot No. 11, Survey No. 70, inside the Kedgaon Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s a good spot for what we do with polymers. The facility is basically one large hall where we have all our equipment set up. There’s usually a faint smell of plastic in the air, but you get used to it after ten minutes. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend the day monitoring the machines and making sure the raw materials are fed in correctly. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a tour, it’s just a working factory. The roof leaks a tiny bit near the back corner when it pours, so we keep some buckets there just in case. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy website or big promises. We just make the parts and send them where they need to go. The industrial estate is relatively quiet compared to the ones in the city, which is nice. We have a small table where we sit for lunch and talk about the cricket scores. It’s a relaxed environment, even when we have a lot of orders to fill. We just take things one day at a time here in Kedgaon. We keep the machines oiled and the floors clean enough to walk on. There is a small stray dog that sleeps by the gate. We have a calendar on the wall with pictures of mountains.
