Our spot is at 18 Wasti Gidegaon, out in the Ahmednagar district. It is a bit of a drive to get out here to Tal Newasa, especially near Shirasgaon. We are not in a big city center, which actually suits us just fine. The office is right there in the wasti area. It is a rural setting where the air is a bit clearer and the pace of life is slower. We deal with international business, which feels a bit strange sometimes when you look out at the fields. But with the internet and phones, we manage just fine from Gidegaon. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different time zones. It is mostly about managing the wine side of things, though it is more about the logistics than drinking it. The building is a simple one, nothing that would stand out to a stranger. We have a few rooms for the computers and some space for the files. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages. We do not use a lot of big words or have complicated rules. If the work gets done, everyone is happy. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It is an honest way to earn a living. We like being part of the local landscape while doing business across the borders. It is just a regular job for us out here.
