Our place is located over at Gat N 215/1 in Ganegaon, which is right by the Saheb Wani Central School. It’s a bit of a long name we have, Gomitra Milk And Milk Products Privatelimited, but it tells you exactly what we do. We share the space or are located c/o Saraswati Wani, which is a local name most people around Guha know pretty well. Being near the school means it gets very loud around three in the afternoon when all the kids are heading home. We deal with milk and all the stuff you make from it every day. The work starts early because that’s just how the dairy business is. If you sleep in, you’ve already missed half the day’s work. The building isn’t anything special to look at, just a practical spot where we can manage the milk collection and the processing. We have been in this part of Shri Bala for a while now. The roads out here in Ganegaon can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially when the trucks are moving back and forth. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us, so what you see is basically what you get. It’s just a bunch of us working with the local dairy supply and making sure the products are ready to go out. Most of the neighbors know us by now and stop by to chat occasionally.
