Gayal Foods India Private Limited

Our place is at D-51 in the MIDC area of Ahmednagar. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly the most beautiful part of town, but it’s where all the action is. We’ve been here for a while now, operating Gayal Foods India Private Limited. The building is a basic industrial unit with a lot of space for our equipment and supplies. You can always hear the sound of trucks and other factories nearby. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning in every room. Usually, we just have the big shutters open to let the air in. Most of the staff comes from the local villages nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group. We don't have a marketing department or a PR person. If someone wants to know about us, they usually just come by or call us on the phone. We spend our days making sure the production is on track and that the quality is where it should be. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common in Ahmednagar, so we just take a break and wait it out. It’s an honest way to make a living. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just trying to do our job well and stay in business for the long haul.
