Epitome Components Ltd.

Epitome Components Ltd. is based at Plot No. G-17 in the MIDC. It’s a typical industrial setting where you see a lot of people in uniforms and trucks moving in and out of the various gates. Our plot is tucked into the G-block. The day usually begins with the shift change, and you can see the bikes lined up in the parking area. The building is a large, square structure designed for work, not for looking pretty. Inside, there is the constant hum of the components being processed. We don’t spend much time talking about visions or anything like that; we mostly just talk about the schedule and making sure the machines don’t stop. It’s a very rhythmic kind of environment. You get used to the smell of the industrial park and the way the air feels. Sometimes we have meetings in a small room near the entrance, but mostly we are on the floor. The light is bright and the floors are hard. Lunch is a quick affair before getting back to the line. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by other factories, so there’s a sense of everyone being in the same boat, just working through the week. We’ve been at G-17 for quite a while, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years. It’s just the way we operate, focusing on the pieces and the parts every single day.
