Drona Academy

Drona Academy is situated out here on Nagar Manmad Road in Rahata, which is near Shirdi. We’ve been operating in this area for a bit now, helping students with their studies. It’s a simple setup we have here. Every morning, the students start coming in, and the place gets quite loud with all the chatter before the sessions start. Being in Shirdi, specifically 423107, we get a lot of local kids from the nearby villages and towns. It’s not a big fancy institution with glass walls or anything like that. We have some desks, some blackboards, and we just focus on the lessons. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot, but we just keep going. The road outside, Nagar Manmad Road, is always busy with traffic going toward the temple, so there is always noise, but we are used to it by now. We try to help the kids understand their subjects better because school isn't always enough for everyone. I spend most of my time managing the classes and talking to parents who drop by to check on their children's progress. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, but it’s what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in Maharashtra, just a place where students can come and actually learn something useful. Most of the teachers are locals too. We just open the doors and get to work every day, and that's how it goes.
