In the village of Avhane Bk, which is located in the Shevgaon taluka, we have our office set up at Ashok Ramnath Chitale’s place. It’s a very local and simple operation. We don't have a big corporate building or a fancy glass entrance. It is just a comfortable and practical space at house number 327 where we handle the daily tasks that come our way. Being a multistate Nidhi sounds like something very big, but at this specific office, it’s just normal small-town life. We know the people of Shevgaon very well, and many of them have been coming to see Ashok for many years now. The office has a few tables, some old chairs, and stacks of files that we keep updated every single day. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the dirt road nearby, but we keep the inside as clean as we can for our visitors. We spend a lot of time explaining things to the locals who might not be used to how these financial things work. We use simple English or the local language to make sure everyone understands everything clearly. There’s no rush to finish our meetings. If someone wants to sit and talk about their family or the local crops for ten minutes, that’s perfectly fine with us. It’s just part of how business is done here in Avhane. We like the quiet life and the fact that we can help our neighbors manage their things.
