We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy ads. We just have people who know how to bake good stuff. Khadki in Ahmednagar is our home base. It is a bit dusty on the roads around here, but inside the bakery, we keep things going every day. Raosaheb Maruti Kale is the one who helps manage the property where we work. We are just a group of local people working at the bakery. It is not a glamorous job by any means. We get flour on our clothes and stay until the last batch is finished. It’s just how we live.
