Bridgestone Select - Suraj Motor Company

Suraj Motor Company is a Bridgestone Select shop located at Premdan Chowk on the Nagar Manmad Road. We are directly across from Kankaria Motors. In Ahmednagar, this road is one of the main ones, so it’s always got cars and trucks moving along it. We deal with tires mostly. It’s a shop filled with the smell of new rubber. We have the machines for balancing and alignment right there where everyone can see them. It gets a bit loud when the air compressor is running, but you get used to it. The floor is concrete and often has marks from tires being rolled around. We have a small area where people can sit while they wait, but it’s nothing fancy. Just some chairs and maybe an old newspaper. The staff here knows their way around a wheel. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. If your tires are worn out, we tell you. If they aren't, we tell you that too. The sun shines right into the shop in the morning, which makes it bright but also a bit warm. Premdan Chowk is a landmark that everyone knows, so we don't have to give long directions. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start working on whatever vehicle pulls in. It’s steady work and we like it that way. No drama, just tires and wheels. It is just a regular local shop.
