Bits Impex Services is based near Swami Samartha Gas at Bolhegaon Phata in Nagpur, right by the M.I.D.C. area. Being so close to the industrial zone makes a lot of sense for an import and export business. It’s a practical location, even if it’s a bit dusty with all the trucks moving in and out of the industrial estate. Our office is a simple place. We have some basic furniture, a few fans for the heat, and enough space to store our paperwork. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. Most of our work happens on the phone or through emails as we coordinate different shipments. It can be quite a lot of work just staying on top of the regulations and the forms, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s second nature now. There are only a few of us here, so we all have to know how to do every part of the job. If someone is out, someone else just steps in. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure everything is handled right. Bolhegaon Phata is a busy junction, and we like being right in the thick of things. It’s a no-nonsense business where we just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving smoothly for everyone involved.
