Bharude Industries Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Sainath Nagar, in the Shendurni area. Even though the name sounds a bit formal with the "Pvt. Ltd." at the end, we’re really just a local operation. We’ve been set up in Sainath Nagar for a good bit of time now. The area is fairly active, and we’ve become a part of the daily landscape here in Shendurni. Our facility isn't some high-rise corporate building; it’s a working site where things actually get made. You’ll hear the noise of the machines and the sounds of people working as soon as you get close. We spend our days managing the production and making sure things are moving along like they should. The office is right there on the site, so we can see everything that’s happening. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes when orders come in all at once, but we manage to get through it. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just talk to people plainly and get the work done. The guys here have been with us for a while, and we all know our roles. It’s a steady life. We don’t have much time for fancy meetings or long presentations. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly before they head out to wherever they’re going. It’s just how we do things in Shendurni and it works for us.
