Bhandardara Parisar Tribal Paddy Farmer

We are based out of S.No. 909/1 in Akole, which is located right at the back of the college. Our setup is a bit different from a typical city office because we are focused on the Bhandardara Parisar Tribal Paddy Farmer group. We spend a lot more time out in the fields than we do sitting behind a desk. Our work is all about the land and the people who grow the paddy here. The office is a simple building where we gather to talk about seeds, the weather, and the upcoming harvest. We do not have much in the way of technology, just some basic tools and a few ledgers where we keep our notes by hand. Life here in Akole is quiet and revolves around the seasons. We know every farmer by their name because we are part of this same community. We do not have a website or any big advertisements to show off what we do. We just care about the rice and making sure the tribal farmers are getting their work done properly. It is hard, physical work and our hands are often dirty from the soil. We do not use corporate jargon because it does not make sense in a place like this. We just focus on the paddy and the people, taking things as they come with every new season.
