Bendre Hospital Maternity Home

Bendre Hospital Maternity Home is tucked away behind the Gogadevi Mandir on Z P Quarters Road. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main market, which is nice for the mothers and babies. Being near LAL Taki, most people in this part of town know exactly where we are located. We’ve had a lot of families come through these doors over the years. It’s interesting to see kids who were born here growing up in the neighborhood. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space for what we do. We have the basic rooms set up and the staff stays busy. Sometimes you can hear the bells from the mandir nearby during the morning prayers. It gives the place a calm feeling, most of the time anyway. We don't do a lot of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but inside we keep things as tidy as we can. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We aren't trying to be the biggest hospital in the world. We just want to make sure the women who come here feel looked after. It’s hard work, especially the night shifts, but that is just part of the job. We take it one day at a time, making sure everyone is okay.
