It’s a more rural area, which makes sense for what we do with pulses and cereals. The pace of life here is a bit slower than the big cities, but we stay busy enough. We work out of this building every day, handling the cleaning and sorting of different grains. It’s a local operation. Most of the people who work here are from the surrounding villages near Deodaithan. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s mostly storage and processing space. Usually, people find us by word of mouth or they see the trucks. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning.
