Agriona Products Private Limited

Out here in Hingoni, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Agriona Products Private Limited is our small company based right in the village. Taluka Newasa is where we’ve spent our whole lives, so starting something here made sense. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us in Ahmednagar district, working with what the land gives us. The post office is close by, and everyone in the village knows where we are. We make different products, mostly things that farmers around here need or can use. It’s dusty and hot for most of the year. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space to keep the books straight and meet with people. We talk to the locals, hear what they need, and try to provide it. There’s no corporate ladder here. We are just neighbors working together. Sometimes we sit outside and discuss the day’s work over tea when it gets a bit cooler. It feels right to build something where your family has been for generations. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. It's not about being the biggest, just about being useful to our own people in this taluka and making enough to keep going.
