You can find us at Shayam Lal’s place in Pipergaon, over in Dharushah. It is more of a local setup than what you might see in the big cities. We don't have a big glass building. We just operate out of here because it makes sense for the people we are trying to reach. Most of the time, the work involves talking to neighbors and seeing what the village needs. It’s a quiet area for the most part, except for when things get busy during the day. Shayam Lal has been kind enough to let us use this space for the foundation work. We sit around and talk about how to get things done without making a big fuss. It’s small-scale stuff mostly. We deal with whatever problems come up in the local community. It could be something small or something that takes a few weeks to sort out. We don’t use any complicated systems. It’s just us and our notebooks and a lot of conversations. People know they can drop by and they usually do. We don’t have set hours that are strictly followed every single day because life in Pipergaon doesn’t really work like that. If someone needs something, they find us. We just do our best to be there and be helpful when it counts. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded. There are some old trees nearby where we sometimes sit if it's too hot inside the house. It's a good place to think. We don't have any formal meetings, we just talk until we figure out what needs to happen next.
