Our factory is set up at Gat No 787 and 788 in Village Hunga. It’s part of the Parner Taluka, so it’s a bit out of the way compared to the big city plants. We like it that way, though. There is more space out here, even if the roads aren't always the smoothest. We do manufacturing work, mostly stuff that requires a lot of space and steady hands. Being in a village area means we know most of our neighbors and the people who work for us are usually from the nearby towns. It’s a different pace of life. We don't have the fancy glass windows of a corporate park; it's more about corrugated metal roofs and concrete floors. Every morning starts with checking the equipment and seeing what the production schedule looks like for the day. We have had our share of struggles, like getting supplies delivered all the way out here or dealing with the weather during the monsoon, but we manage. The work is straightforward. We take the raw materials and turn them into finished products. It’s dusty, it’s noisy, and it’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We don't make big promises or use complicated words to describe ourselves. We are just a manufacturing outfit in Hunga trying to do a decent job every day and provide for the families that rely on us.
