Sitting across from Palm Beach Bungalows, things are usually pretty quiet until there’s an event at the Gulmohar Party Plot nearby. We are Samvaad Ayansh Infra Llp, and our office is right in that mix. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood after a while. In the afternoons, when it's hot, the whole area seems to take a nap, but we’re usually inside dealing with paperwork or making calls. It’s a simple setup we have here. There’s no big corporate vibe or anything like that. Just a few desks, a computer that acts up sometimes, and a lot of printed maps. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and we’ve seen the buildings around us go up one by one. Being near the party plot means we see lots of decorations and people coming and going for weddings in the evenings. Our work is a bit more grounded than that. We spend our hours looking at site details and trying to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the tea guy is late, and that’s the biggest drama of the day. We don’t try to act like we’re some giant company from the city center. We’re just Samvaad Ayansh Infra Llp, doing what we do right here in this corner of the world. It gets the job done, and we like being near the bungalows where it feels a bit more like a community than a business district.
