We are located behind Navpad Helios, right on the S P Patel Ring Road. Being near the ring road makes it easy for us to get around to different parts of the city. The office for Swamaan Developers. is a pretty simple setup. We have a few rooms with desks and a lot of cabinets for all the maps and permits we have to keep track of. It’s not the quietest place because of the traffic on the ring road, but you stop noticing the hum of the cars after a while. We are just a group of people who know how to get things built. There isn't any fancy philosophy behind what we do. We just show up, look at what needs to be done, and try to finish it on time. Sometimes we have long meetings that go on way past five o'clock, and other days it’s quiet enough that we can head out early. We don't have a uniform or a strict code of how to talk to people. We just act like ourselves. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the screens. The office can get a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we don't mind. It’s part of being in this industry. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about the rest.
