Our workplace is over in Naroda, specifically in the Krishna Corporation Compound. We take up sheds 1 to 11 on the first floor. It’s a fairly large space for us compared to where we started. We make orthopedic stuff, like implants and tools for surgery. It’s a very different environment compared to the chemical place next door or the municipal labor quarters nearby. We have to keep things much cleaner here because of the medical nature of what we make. It’s not a hospital, but we try to be careful with the dust and metal shavings. We’ve been in this part of Naroda for quite some time now. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep if you are carrying boxes. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at a desk. We just have rooms full of specialized machines and workstations where people are busy. The people who work here are all local, mostly from around the municipal quarters or the nearby streets. We don't do a lot of talking about ourselves or our history. We just focus on the manufacturing process. It’s very precise work, and we spend a lot of time looking through magnifiers to check the finish. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there in the market. We just want to make sure the parts we send out are solid and fit exactly where they are supposed to go for the patients.
