Yamunaji Telecom

Yamunaji Telecom is tucked into A-16 Riddhi Apartment, right across from Prajapati Park in Vasna. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking can be a bit tight near the park on weekends. We focus on telecom stuff, mostly helping people with their connections and phone issues. It’s not a big showroom or anything like that. It’s just an apartment unit where we’ve set up our workspace. You can hear the kids playing in the park sometimes when the windows are open. We get a lot of locals dropping in because we are right in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big sales pitch or a flashy sign. Most people know us by word of mouth. The office has a few desks and a lot of paperwork and phone parts. We spend a lot of time on the phone ourselves, talking to service providers or helping customers figure out their plans. It gets a little cramped when more than two or three people come in at once, but we make it work. It’s a quiet way to run a business compared to the main roads. We’ve been here in Vasna for a while now and we know the area well. It’s just a regular local business where we try to be helpful to anyone who walks in the door. Sometimes we have to explain the same bill details five times, but that's just how it is. We keep some extra chargers and cables on the shelf too.
