Windsor Machines Ltd

Our place is out in Rampur, near the Ghorwada area in Himmatnagar. To get here, you have to head towards Jambudi and find your way to our factory site. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, but that’s where the work happens. Windsor Machines has been set up in this part of Sabarkantha for a good while. The air is a bit different out here than in the city, mostly smelling of grease and hot metal. We spend the bulk of our time on the shop floor, making sure the gears are turning and the parts are fitting together like they should. It’s not a quiet job. There’s always some machine humming or someone calling out across the hall. We don't have fancy office chairs; mostly we use whatever is handy when we need to sit and check a blueprint. The road to the factory can be a bit dusty, especially in the dry months, but we don't mind much. We’ve got a good crew of local people from the surrounding villages who know these machines inside out. We don’t go for big marketing talk. We just focus on getting the machinery built and sent out to wherever it needs to go. Sometimes things break down or a part doesn't arrive on time, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. It's practical work in a practical place, and that is just the way we like it.
