We’ve been at Rushika Chambers for quite a while now. It’s right behind the Income Tax Bhavan on Ashram Road, in unit L/6. We mostly handle industrial tools and cutters for various factories around here. The office is usually a bit crowded with boxes and stacks of paperwork. I’ve worked here for a few years and it’s a decent place to spend the day. Ashram Road is always busy, so the traffic outside is a constant hum. We deal with a lot of different people, mostly mechanics or factory managers looking for specific hardware. Sometimes our deliveries get delayed when the rain is heavy, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can. The office space isn’t huge, but we make it work with what we have. We are a small team and most of us have been around for a long time, so we know the inventory by heart. We keep things as organized as possible, though it’s a lot of manual checking and counting. People stop by to ask about technical specs, and we spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s a regular day-to-day operation. We aren't doing anything fancy or trying to impress anyone. We just want to get the job done right. Being near the Income Tax building makes us easy to find once people get their bearings. We see many of the same faces every week. We try to be honest about what’s in stock. If we don't have it, we just say so. That’s how we do things at Wemaro India.
