Welspun Gujarat

We are situated at 67/B in the Swaminarayan Society, right across from Vishal Nagar in the Isanpur area of Ahmedabad. It’s a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, which makes for a peaceful place to work. Our office is a small building that fits right in with the houses around it. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. Most of our work is done on the ground floor where we have set up several desks and a few filing units. It’s a very local operation. Most of the people working here live in Isanpur or the nearby colonies. We don't have a formal reception area, so visitors just walk right into the main room. We spend our time managing different tasks for the Gujarat region. It's a lot of data entry, checking manifests, and talking to drivers on the phone. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly rely on our notebooks and a few basic spreadsheets. The atmosphere is quite relaxed, and we often share snacks during the afternoon break. It is not a place for big corporate speeches. We just focus on the list of things that need to be finished before we can head home. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and chat until it comes back on. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing business in a friendly part of the city.
