Welspun Gujarat Stahal Rohren Ltd has an office over in Gwalior. We are located in Nitin Nagar on Mehara Road in the Thatipur area. It is a decent spot in Madhya Pradesh. The office is a straightforward place where we handle the day-to-day tasks for the company. There are no high-end decorations or anything like that. We just have our workstations and the usual office supplies. Thatipur is a busy part of town so there is always some noise from the street but we don't mind it much. Most of the people working here are locals who know Gwalior inside and out. We don't really have a big public-facing side to this office; it is mostly just us doing the back-end work. We spend a lot of time checking on orders and talking to the people at the main sites. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in expensive suits. We dress pretty casually and just focus on getting the job done. Sometimes the printers act up or we run out of tea bags but that is just part of the daily routine. We like being in Nitin Nagar because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We have been here for a good while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep the business moving. It is what it is and it works for us.
