We've been operating out of Chinamiram for a while now, right near the Panchayati Office. It’s a busy spot in Bhimavaram Mandalam and most people around here know us because of the work we do with water systems and power stuff. It isn’t always easy working in West Godavari, but we manage. We handle a lot of the planning and consulting side of things for local infrastructure. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic with all the paperwork and site visits, but that’s just how it goes. M V Peddi Raju is usually around to oversee things. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the job done. If you're walking past the Panchayati Office, you'll probably see our sign. We deal with some pretty technical matters regarding water resources and electrical power setups for different projects. It's a lot of engineering talk and checking diagrams on large desks. The weather gets really hot here in AP, so we try to get most of our field work done early in the morning before the sun starts hitting hard. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when the heat gets too much. We've got a small team, and everyone knows their role well enough. We don't spend time on social media or making brochures because the work itself keeps us quite occupied most days. We just focus on the projects and try to make sure everything is sorted out correctly for the people we work with. It's just a lot of steady, daily work.
