Down at 46, Pushkar Estate Opp. Macons, Phase-1, GIDC, Vatva, you’ll find our place. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Our workshop isn’t a place for showing off; it’s where we get our hands dirty with automation work. Most days start early with a cup of tea and a look at the list of things to get through. The floors are concrete and have seen better days, stained with oil and bits of metal from different projects over the years. We have a few old desks in the corner for the paperwork, but we aren't there much. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but the big ceiling fans help a bit. The neighbors are mostly other small units, and we all know each other. Sometimes we borrow tools or help each other out when a delivery is too heavy for one person to handle. We don't have a fancy reception or anyone to greet you at the door. If you walk in, you'll probably just see someone busy with a machine. We like it that way. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve been in Vatva for a long time now. We’ve seen businesses come and go, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s a simple life of fixing things and making sure orders go out on time.
