Our office is at 102 Heritage Cresent, right across from the Shantiniketan Bungalows. We are near the Ananddham Derasar, just off the S.G. Highway in the Prahlad Nagar area of Ahmedabad. This part of the city is always buzzing with activity. Our office is a bit of a busy hub too. There is usually someone coming in to talk about property or land. We have some desks and a few chairs for visitors, but it is definitely not a luxury lounge. We are just regular people working in the realities business. We have been in this location for a while and we have seen Prahlad Nagar grow quite a bit. It’s a convenient spot, even if the traffic on S.G. Highway can be a real pain during rush hour. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It is just us and a few staff members handling the paperwork and the clients. We try to be straightforward with everyone. We don't like using complicated language or making promises we can't keep. Most of our day is spent on the phone or going through documents. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s part of the job. We are glad to be a local business here. We don't have any fancy marketing brochures or a team of writers. We just wanted to give a bit of a background on who we are and where to find us.
