Vishnu Techno Fab

Our shop is right over at 31, Dahyalal Park. Most people know the area because Swastik School is just a short walk away. It gets quite noisy here during the day with all the fabrication work going on, but that is just how it is. We have been in this part of Ahmedabad for a while now. The metal scraps tend to pile up in the corner of the yard before the truck comes to take them away. When the sun gets real hot in the afternoon, we usually take a break under the tin roof with some cold water. It is not a fancy setup. The floor is mostly concrete and dust. We deal with iron mostly, cutting and welding whatever is needed for the local jobs that come our way. People stop by to ask about gates or window grills quite often. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets a bit stuck when the school lets out, but we just keep working through it. The neighbors are used to the sound of the grinders by now. It’s just us doing our daily thing here at Vishnu Techno Fab. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Just a desk with a lot of papers and the smell of burnt metal in the air. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down behind the park trees.
