Vishesh Services Pvt. Ltd. is based at 69/70, Kamdhenu Complex, right across from Sahjanand College in Ambawadi. It is a very busy neighborhood because of the college students and the local shops. Our office is just a couple of rooms packed with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We handle various services for people, mostly dealing with paperwork and administrative tasks that they don't want to do themselves. It is not the most exciting kind of work, but it keeps us busy. The complex is an older building, and the elevator is a bit temperamental, so we often end up taking the stairs. We spend most of our day on the phone or typing away on keyboards. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, it's just one of us looking up from a desk when someone walks in. We have been in Ambawadi for quite a few years now and we know the area well. We see the same faces at the nearby tea stall every morning. We try to be as helpful as possible when people come in with complicated questions. It’s a small operation, and we don't try to pretend to be anything more than what we are. We just get the work done and hope the clients are satisfied.
