Our place is out in Changodar, specifically at unit 29 in the Ashwamegh Industrial Estate. Being on the Sharkhej-Bavla Road means there’s always a lot of trucks and big vehicles moving around, which is typical for an industrial area like this. At Virgo Medicoat Pvt. Ltd., we focus on coating work for medical parts. It’s a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it. The facility isn't exactly a cleanroom out of a movie, but we keep our workstations organized so we can stay on top of the orders. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the machinery. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of us spend our time out on the floor. It can get pretty hot in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We’ve been here for several years now and we’ve seen the estate change as different businesses come and go. We have a good rhythm going with our small crew. We don’t have a lot of visitors, mostly just suppliers dropping off materials or couriers picking up the finished batches. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we are more than we are. We are just a local business trying to make a living and keep our customers satisfied with simple, hard work.
