Viraj Daruwala's Photography

I have been doing photography work here in the Vastrapur area for a while now. Viraj Daruwala's Photography is not some massive studio with a dozen different lights and a receptionist sitting at the front. It is mostly just me and my camera gear. I spend a huge amount of my time out and about at different locations, but Vastrapur is where I keep everything organized. My workspace at home is usually a bit cluttered with various camera lenses, battery chargers, and stacks of hard drives full of raw photos. I do not really go for the high-end corporate look because that is just not who I am. I prefer to keep things simple and focus on taking decent, clear pictures of people and local events. Most people around here know me as the guy who always has a heavy camera bag slung over his shoulder. I have lived in this part of town long enough to know exactly where the best spots are for a good shot when the sun starts to go down. It is a lot of work sitting at the computer editing everything, and sometimes I am still at it late into the night. I do not have a big marketing plan or anything like that. I just show up to the job, do my best to capture what is happening, and hope the people who hired me like the results. It is a very personal business.
