We’re located at A 4 in CP Colony 1, right by the Bhuyangdev Char Rasta. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around. VIP Realtors and Developers LLP is run from here. Even though the name sounds a bit big, we are actually just a local team. We deal with real estate and land, which means a lot of time spent out in the sun looking at plots. The office is where we come back to do all the legal stuff and file the papers. It can get pretty cluttered with all the maps and documents laying around. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we like being near the Char Rasta because it’s easy for folks to find us. Real estate can be a bit of a roller coaster. Some weeks are packed and others are slow. We don't try to sugarcoat things when we talk to people. If a piece of land has issues, we just say so. It's better that way. We aren't slick salespeople. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in the property market. Most of our clients come from word of mouth in the neighborhood. We know the local streets and the history of the area quite well. It helps when someone is looking for a specific kind of place. We just keep things moving and do our best every day. There’s always someone stopping by for a quick chat or to ask about a price.
