You can find us at Keshav Developers, we are situated right near Matrix Plaza and just opposite the Umiya Saw Mill. That saw mill is a good landmark because you can usually hear the machinery or smell the cut wood when the wind is right. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done for us. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to folks about where they want to live or set up shop. Being near Matrix Plaza means there's a lot of activity around us, which we like. It keeps things from getting boring. Developing land and buildings takes a long time and involves a lot of waiting for permits and people to get back to us. We’ve had days where nothing goes right and the weather ruins a site visit, but that's just life in this business. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us trying to build things that won't fall apart. We talk to the contractors, check on the cement, and make sure the measurements are right. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up paperwork because we were out in the field all day. People stop by the office to ask about prices or just to see how a project is coming along. We try to be straight with them. It’s a lot of hard work and we take it one day at a time.
