Vinay Industries Ltd.

We are located over at the Gujaratagro Processors site, right on National Highway No. 8 in Bareja. It’s in the Daskroi taluka area. Vinay Industries Ltd. is basically a bunch of us working in the processing plant. We handle a lot of different agricultural products. The location is convenient because the highway is right there for transport. It’s a big site with a lot of different sheds and machinery. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the people who bring the raw materials in. It’s not a fancy job. Most of the time we are checking the machines or making sure the bags are stacked correctly in the warehouse. The heat can be a bit much in the summer under those tin roofs. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. We have a small office space for the paperwork, but most of us are out on the floor. We’ve been operating here for years. You get to know the truck drivers who come through regularly. We don’t really do any advertising. The work just comes in and we do it. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we’re processing certain types of produce. We just clean up and start the next batch. It’s a practical business. We just try to keep things running smooth and make sure everyone gets their orders on time. There's always something to fix or clean, so we stay busy enough.
