Vikram Thermo India Limited

Vikram Thermo India Limited is located over at No. 101 Classic Avenue, which is right opposite the Sales India building on Ashram Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know that landmark. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoons, which makes it quite warm, so we have to keep the fans going all day. Ashram Road is always packed with cars and bikes, so getting into the building in the morning can be a bit of a headache. We handle a lot of technical stuff here, mostly related to chemicals and thermo products. There are stacks of files on almost every desk, and the printer is usually running. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone talking to people about orders and logistics. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s not too loud either. We have a small area where we keep samples, and sometimes the smell of the lab work lingers a bit in the hallway. The elevator in Classic Avenue is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs if we aren’t carrying anything heavy. We’ve got some old chairs in the waiting area that have seen better days. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get the orders processed without too many mistakes. Lunchtime is usually spent chatting about the traffic or what’s happening down the street. It’s just how things go here.
