Vikram Pandya And Associates is situated at 125, Karnavati Park, right opposite the New Baroda Express Highway in the C.T.M area. Being so close to the highway means there is a constant hum of trucks and cars passing by at all hours of the day and night. Karnavati Park is a well-known spot in this part of town, so we don't usually have to give too many directions. The office is a basic setup where we handle all our meetings and paperwork. We have been in this location for a while now and have seen the highway area get busier and busier. It is a very practical place to be because it’s easy for us to get to different parts of the city. Inside, the office is a bit cluttered with folders and books, but we know where everything is. We don't have any fancy lighting or modern decor. It’s just a working space with old desks and some fans to keep the air moving. Most of our time is spent talking to people or working through the details of various projects. We don't really do any big advertising; we just rely on being here and doing our job. The C.T.M area has a lot of industrial energy, and we feel like we fit right into that. We just come in, do the work that is required, and try to keep things organized. It’s an honest, everyday kind of business.
