Vijay Industries (Dudheshwar Shree Ram Estate)

Our workshop is located at 205/1 Shree Ram Estate. We are right by the Parmanand Chawl near the Dudheshwar Char Rasta. Dudheshwar is a very busy area with a lot of small industries and workshops. We fit right in with the rest of them. It is a dusty and noisy place, but that is how you know work is getting done. We do industrial work here, mainly focused on manufacturing. Our space in Shree Ram Estate is full of machines and raw materials. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is where we do our best work. We spend our days cutting, shaping, and joining things together. The heat can get pretty intense during the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep us moving. We’ve been at this address for a long time and we know everyone on the estate. There is a real sense of community here among the workers. We help each other out with tools or advice when someone gets stuck on a job. We don't have an office staff; the same people working the machines are the ones who answer the phone. It is a very practical, down-to-earth operation. We take pride in the things we make with our hands. It's a tough job but it's ours and we are here every day making it work.
