Out here in Alwar, Rajasthan, you can find us at Victory Ceratech. Our office is located at 7/287 in the Rhb area. It is a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main market roads, which makes it a good place to handle all the ceramic business we do. We don’t have a big, shiny showroom. Instead, we have a workspace where we keep samples of tiles and other ceramic products leaning against the walls. Because we are in Rajasthan, the heat is a big part of our daily life, especially during the summer months. We usually have the fans running full speed while we sit at the table and go over our orders. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the inventory in the back. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a while and people know where to find us. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the business, while other days we are rushing to get everything ready for a big delivery. We keep the language simple because we are just regular folks running a ceramic business. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and a lot of dust from the tiles we handle every day. It’s a plain and honest living.
