Operating out of Plot No. I-112 in the A-Parishikhar Industrial Estate Part - 1 has its own rhythm. Being so close to the Ramol Toll Plaza means there is always a sound of traffic in the background from the Sardar Patel Ring Road. It’s a busy part of Ramol, and honestly, it gets a bit dusty with all the trucks passing by. We started Vibhuti Industries here because the location made sense for getting materials in and out. The workshop isn't anything special to look at. It’s mostly just rows of machines and some storage space for the finished parts. Most days, we are just focused on the work at hand, making sure the machines are running right and the guys have what they need. We usually eat lunch together in the small shade we have, talking about whatever is happening in the news or the neighborhood. There’s no big corporate culture here. If someone is sick, we cover for them. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. The estate is full of people trying to make a living, and we are just one of them. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets pretty bad, so we keep the fans going at full speed. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and most of the regulars know exactly where to find us near the ring road. There isn't any fancy marketing, just the sound of the machines and the daily grind.
