Our workshop is tucked away in Narol, right behind Gokul Dham Society. If you see the Hyundai showroom, you're pretty close. We specialize in making and fixing vial filling machines. It’s a very specific kind of work. The shop is filled with metal parts, tools, and half-finished frames. It’s often quite oily and smells like grease. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a few of us who understand how these mechanisms work. We spend hours adjusting tiny components to get them just right. Sometimes a customer brings in an old machine that’s stopped working, and we have to figure out why. It’s like solving a puzzle every day. The location is a bit hidden, but once people know where we are, they keep coming back. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our tools have been with us since we started. It can be a bit chaotic with parts lying around, but we know where everything is. Narol is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the traffic nearby. We just put our heads down and focus on the steel in front of us. It’s honest work, and we take pride in a machine that runs smoothly without leaking. When a job is done, we usually just wipe our hands and start the next one. That's the way it's been for years and it works for us.
