Venus Medical

Venus Medical is located in the Amraiwadi area of Ahmedabad. We are quite close to the Torrent Power station, which is how most people describe where we are when they’re giving directions. It’s a working-class neighborhood and we like the atmosphere here. Our shop is a simple place where we sell medicines and other health-related items to the locals. We’ve been in Amraiwadi for some time now and we’ve gotten to know the families who live on these streets. It’s not a fancy part of town, but it’s home to us. The shop can be a bit small when we have several people inside at once, but everyone is patient and waits their turn. We don't go in for big marketing or polished signs that you see in the city center. We just have our name up and we focus on having the right stock on the shelves. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific medicine, but we do our best to get it for people within a day or two. Being near Torrent Power means there's always people moving around, so we stay pretty busy throughout the day. We just keep things running as best as we can. It’s a practical business and we don't try to be anything we’re not. Most of our customers just want their pills and maybe a quick chat, and that’s what we provide. It’s a good feeling to be part of Amraiwadi.
