Velji Dosabhai & Sons Pvt Ltd

Our office is located at 701 Atma House, which is right across from where the old Reserve Bank of India used to be on Ashram Road. It’s an older building, but it has a lot of character and keeps us right in the middle of the action here in the city. Velji Dosabhai & Sons Pvt Ltd has been around for quite a bit. We mostly focus on logistics and clearing work, which keeps us on our toes all day. There is always a lot of paperwork involving shipping and customs that needs to be sorted out before the day ends. You’ll usually find us buried under files or talking to someone on the phone about a shipment that’s delayed at the port. It’s not the kind of job that ever really stops. We don’t have much time for fancy talk. We just want to make sure the cargo moves from point A to point B without too much of a headache for anyone involved. The view from the seventh floor is okay, but we spend most of our time looking at screens or ledgers. Ashram Road is always buzzing with traffic, and sometimes it feels like the whole city is passing by outside our windows. We have a small team of dedicated people who know the ropes. We aren’t looking to change the world; we just want to do our jobs right and go home to our families.
