You can find Soham Procon situated near the Bansari Bunglows, right across from Pancha Lake. It is actually a pretty nice view when we finally get a minute to look out the window. Most of the time though, we are buried in schedules and site reports. We didn’t start this company to sit around in a nice office. We started it because we enjoy the process of building. It’s hard work, and your boots are pretty much always dirty, but it’s what we know how to do. Being near the lake is good, especially in the evenings when things finally start to quiet down a little bit. Our way of working is very straightforward. We get the materials, we hire the crew, and then we build the thing. We don’t use any fancy software to tell us what to do; we mostly rely on years of experience. We’ve made mistakes over the years, because everyone does, but we always make sure to fix them. That’s the most important part of the job to us. We don’t have a big sales pitch or a marketing team. Usually, people come to us because they saw something we built just down the road. We like that word-of-mouth way of doing things. It feels a lot more honest than an ad. Our office is just a place to store tools and have our meetings. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby.
