Om Aluminium

If you go to Bhaktinagar Society in Vejalpur you will find Om Aluminium at plot A 23. We are right opposite the Partheswar Mandir which makes it very easy to give directions to people. You can often hear the sound of the temple bells while we are working with the metal. Our shop is full of aluminium sections and glass pieces. It is a bit of a noisy job because of the cutting and drilling that happens all day long. The floor is usually covered in small silver shavings by the afternoon even though we sweep up all the time. Being in a residential society like this means we know most of our neighbors well. They stop by to chat or ask for small repairs for their windows and doors. We don't have a fancy showroom we just show people samples of the frames right here in the workshop. It gets quite hot in here during the summer months because of the metal but we are used to it by now. We started small and have just kept going year after year. Every piece we make is handled by hand and checked before it leaves the gate. It is honest work that requires a lot of heavy lifting and careful measurements. We take pride in just getting the job done for the people in our community and seeing them happy with the result.
