M M Associates

M M Associates is located out here at FP No. 94, Survey No. 21 TP No. 85. It sounds like a lot of numbers when you say it out loud, but it’s just our spot on the map. We spend a lot of our time looking at papers and keeping things moving along. The office is tucked away a bit from the main road, so it stays relatively quiet most of the afternoon. We have a few desks pushed together and a clock that ticks a bit too loud when the room is empty. It’s mostly just us doing what needs doing. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy art. The floor is plain concrete and we’ve got some sturdy metal shelves for all the heavy folders we’ve collected over the years. Sometimes the mail takes a while to find us because of the complicated survey numbers, but we always get it eventually. It’s a practical place for practical work. We usually eat our lunch together at the big table in the back room. There’s a bit of dust on the windowsills sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep it decent. Life here isn’t complicated. We open up the shutters every morning, let some fresh air in, and get right to it. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve grown used to the layout of the place. It works for us. Just a small team trying to stay on top of everything.
