Veekay Enterprise

Our office is over in the Vanijya Bhavan building, specifically at unit 217 on Diwan Ballubhai Road. It’s right in the Kankariya area of Ahmedabad, which is a pretty central spot to be. The building itself is an older commercial complex, so there are always people moving through the hallways and other businesses nearby. We have a small office space where we handle all our trading activities. It’s mostly desks, telephones, and ledger books scattered around. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on where our deliveries are. Ahmedabad is a busy city, and being in Kankariya means we are close to the heart of the action. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a reception area. It’s a very practical workspace where we come to do our jobs and then go home. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We've been in this spot for a while now and have gotten to know the other tenants in Vanijya Bhavan. It's a typical local business setup where things are a bit cramped but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just buy and sell what’s needed and try to keep our paperwork in order every day.
